ParkSleepTravel – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and other services work on ParkSleepTravel. By making a reservation through our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Please provide accurate personal, travel, and vehicle details. Incorrect information may affect your booking.
  • Some reservations require full payment at the time of booking via credit/debit card.
  • In some cases, payment is collected directly by the hotel or parking facility (this will be shown during booking).

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • Most bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge if done at least 24–48 hours before your check-in or parking start date (cut-off time varies by property).
  • Some special rates (e.g., non-refundable or advance purchase) cannot be changed or refunded.
  • If you cancel after the cut-off time or fail to arrive, your booking may be charged in full.

3. No-Show & Refunds

  • If you do not show up and have not cancelled before the deadline, you will be considered a no-show and may lose your payment.
  • Refunds, when applicable, follow the policy of the individual hotel or parking facility.
  • Refund processing times vary but are usually completed within 5–10 business days.

4. Duration of Stay & Parking

  • Packages include a set number of parking days (e.g., 7, 10, 14, or up to 30 days) — details will be shown at booking.
  • Overstay fees apply if your vehicle remains parked beyond your reserved days. These fees are set by the hotel or parking facility and must be paid directly to them.

5. Shuttle Service

  • Shuttle schedules are provided by each hotel or parking partner.
  • Service may not run during certain hours, holidays, or in extreme weather.
  • It is your responsibility to check shuttle availability before booking and plan your arrival accordingly.

6. Responsibilities & Liability

  • ParkSleepTravel acts as a booking agent and does not own or operate hotels, parking lots, or shuttle services.
  • The hotel or parking operator is responsible for the delivery of the services you booked.
  • Neither ParkSleepTravel nor the hotel/parking provider is responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings.

7. Use of Packages

  • Each booking is valid for one registered guest/room and one vehicle unless otherwise stated.
  • Packages cannot be split between multiple vehicles or people without approval.

8. Accuracy of Information & Service Changes

  • We strive to keep all information up-to-date; however, hotel amenities, shuttle times, and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • If an error occurs in rates, availability, or details, we may need to modify or cancel your booking.
  • In such cases, you will be notified and offered alternative options or a refund.

9. Complaints & Disputes

  • Any issues should be reported immediately to both the hotel/parking facility and ParkSleepTravel so we can assist.
  • We will work to resolve issues, but final service delivery is the responsibility of the hotel or parking provider.
  • Disputes will follow the applicable laws and policies in the location of the property booked.

10. Privacy

  • We collect and store personal and payment information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Your data is used only for booking, payment processing, and customer service purposes.

  • Always check your booking confirmation for exact cancellation deadlines, shuttle details, and parking duration.
  • Read the individual hotel or parking provider’s terms and conditions upon check-in.
  • Promotions, discounts, and vouchers are subject to specific rules stated in the offer.
