Refund & Cancellation Policy – ParkSleepTravel

At ParkSleepTravel, we aim to make travel planning as stress-free as possible. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for reservations made through our website.

1. Free Cancellation Period

  • You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of making your reservation for a full refund, minus any applicable hotel-specific penalties or service fees.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our standard policy and the policies of the hotel or parking provider.

2. After the Free Cancellation Period

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking and before your scheduled arrival date will be refunded the amount paid online minus service/booking fees and any hotel or parking facility penalties.
  • The “arrival date” is considered the first day of your parking or hotel stay, whichever comes first.

3. Non-Refundable Reservations

  • If your booking is labelled “non-refundable”, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Many discounted or promotional rates fall under this category—please check before confirming your booking.

4. How to Cancel

  • Use our online cancellation form or contact us via email at [Insert Email].
  • If your booking requires payment at the hotel, you must also call the hotel directly to cancel and obtain a cancellation number.
  • Failure to properly cancel may result in a “no-show” status and full package charge.

5. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued if you fail to arrive or cancel after your scheduled arrival date/time.
  • No adjustments or credits are provided if you choose not to use part of your package (e.g., skipping the room, leaving parking early, or not using the shuttle).

6. Early Returns

If you return earlier than planned, no partial refunds will be given for unused parking days or hotel nights.

7. Special Circumstances

In rare cases of major travel disruptions (e.g., severe weather, emergencies), ParkSleepTravel may, at its sole discretion, adjust policies. However, exceptions are not guaranteed.

8. Hotel & Partner Policies

Each hotel or parking facility may have its own cancellation rules. Please review the details on your Reservation Receipt before confirming your booking.
